critical issue

I just created a support ticket with a company that we are working with.  They are located in New Zealand.  I put a “high” status on the ticket.  Little did I know, that whoever was on call would get an SMS.  That’s all good and well, except when there is a 17 hour time difference – it is 3.30am there right now.  I hope that doesn’t come back to get me when I’m on call.
